Home Office Repair Print E-mail
Two Local Tucson residents needed some basic work done in their home office. They wanted to connect a computer to the secured wireless router, transfer some documents, learn how to send files back and fourth, transfer informatiln to the new laptop, and configure the laptop's wireless settings.

The wireless router configuration was no longer vaild and as it turned out was not even connected to the cable modem. Along with repairing the router and changing workgroups we showed them how to send files back and fourth to the computers. Last was the setup and installation of a color printer to print direct from the new laptop, and from the base computer.

There ended up being some issues with the desktop computer that were keeping some ofthe network sharing from working, but the couple was happy with everything else working so we decided to leave that for another day. After some excelent homemade pudding and around 2 hours they were set with all the services required.
